Data transformation happens between e-commence portal and NetSuite Application. With a Bi-Directional 3 Step Implementation Process (EpiServer, Azure Cosmos DB & NetSuite) where is an exchange of data happens for the modules like Customer, Sales Order, Item-fulfilment, Invoice & SKUs Like Products, Variants, Inventory & Pricing.

 

Bi-Directional for the Modules Customers and Sales Orders Uni-Directional for the Modules Item-fulfilments, Invoices, Products, Variants, Inventory & Pricing.

 

Once the Order and Customer are created in NetSuite the Record details will be retrieved by eZintegrations™ and will be pushed back to Cosmos DB through the Integration services. From Cosmos DB the EpiServer picks the information and will display on eCommerce portal UI.
